Windlass The Accolade Dagger of the Knights Templar

Each European medieval knight needed a dagger when it came to a fight. This was especially true for the Crusaders, who were entering the fields of battle almost daily. The Accolade Dagger of the Knights Templar is a functional dagger decorated to suit a higher-ranking Knight Templar.

The blade is made of 1080 high carbon steel, a durable and tough material well suited for cutting. Near the guard, the blade features an unsharpened ricasso stamped with the seal of the Knights Templar.

Each fitting has been plated in sterling silver. The crossguard tapers toward the blade, and the one-handed handle is wrapped in soft leather and wire for a firm, secure grip.

This dagger includes its own leather sheath, embellished with two silver-plated crosses. It also comes with a leather thong for securing the dagger to the user or to a belt.
