Windlass Norwegian Stiklestad Viking King Olaf

Inspired by King Olaf and the Battle of Stiklestad in 1030, this Viking sword is modeled after an original example with a historically accurate 10th-century design. Its broad, exceptionally light, tapering profile reflects the proportions associated with period one-handed swords and makes it well suited for collecting, display, and controlled martial arts training.

The sword is forged from 1065 high carbon steel, a material valued for balancing strength and flexibility. A broad central fuller adds historical accuracy and helps define the clean lines of the piece.
