Lances were one of the most devastating and deadly weapons used by cavalry and any unit mounted on a horse. Historically, they were largely employed by German, French, British, and Indian troops, and with a well-targeted strike, they could even punch through armor and take out enemies with ease.
This spearhead is a historically accurate replica. It is made out of steel that has been spring tempered and features a triangular blade with a hollow ground. It doesn't come with a shaft or a pole, but it can be mounted on a wooden dowel found in your local hardware or home supply store.
Keep in mind that the edges aren't sharpened, but the spearhead has tapering edges that might make it functional.
