Hanwei Caribou – Survival Knife with Nessmuk Style Blade

Inspired by the traditional Nessmuk blade profile favored by 19th-century American outdoorsmen, the Caribou is a heavy-duty Rock Creek hunting knife built to perform in rugged backcountry environments.

Its blade is crafted from HWS-1K high carbon steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58–60 HRC, offering outstanding edge retention and resilience for demanding cutting and field tasks. The full-taper tang construction enhances both balance and durability.

Fitted with genuine Sambar stag handle scales, the grip is both naturally textured and visually striking. The stainless steel guard is adorned with finely electroformed scroll engraving, combining utility with refined detailing built to endure.

Each knife is paired with a bark-tanned leather sheath, reinforced with stainless steel to ensure long-lasting field readiness and secure carry.
