Japanese Katana 9260 Spring Steel Sword

This is a Japanese Katana sword adhering to the real traits and characteristics of the samurai's preferred weapon. It is crafted from 9260 high carbon spring steel, renowned for its durability. The full tang sword boasts a red/black theme, symbolizing a blend of joy and sacrifice.

The handle is wooden, wrapped with a tight tsuka-maki over rough rayskin material, allowing a firm grip. Its scabbard, crafted from sturdy hardwood, protects the blade from corrosion and rust. The fittings, made of alloy, each feature the figure of a samurai trainee that will accompany the sword's owner on their Katana training journey.

This blade is an ideal cutting practice Katana, devoid of bohi (grooves), to increase its impact when slashing. However, it can also be unsharpened for safe Iaido training or decor. A complementary sword bag is included for safekeeping.
