Samurai Daisho Set Black Full Tang Blade

This "Japanese Dragon" Daisho set pays tribute to the essential sword arsenal a samurai would carry in his daily life and battles: the lengthy Katana, the medium Wakizashi, and the shorter yet reliable Tanto dagger. These swords, inspired by a dark/red theme, each boast a black blade crafted from high-carbon steel. Each blade has undergone a 12-step hand polishing, oil quenching, and differential heat treatment.

Constructed from alloy, the fittings are adorned with symbols of the Japanese dragon, representing courage, safety, and prosperity. The handles are wooden, wrapped with comfortable ray skin and hineri-maki cords for increased grip strength. To lighten them and provide sound feedback during training, each blade has a bohi (groove). These swords offer higher rust resistance due to blade coloring and can be either sharpened for cutting practice or unsharpened for Iaido and decoration. They come with complimentary storage bags.
