Zenitsu’s Sword Demon Slayer Cosplay 1060 Carbon Steel Sword

A must have for Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) fans, this replica of Zenitsu Agatsuma’s nichirin sword is perfect as both a functional or display piece. 

Forged from 1060 high carbon steel, its shinogi zukuri (ridge line runs along the blade’s length on both sides) blade has an excellent balance of durability, hardness, and edge retention. Tough and dependable, the blade features a lightning bolt pattern that runs down its length, matching his Thunder Breathing technique. 

True to design, this katana is equipped with premium sword fittings—including a kirikomi mokko gata (lobed-shape with notches) tsuba along with matching fuchi and kashira. Two mekugi secures the blade to the wooden core hilt covered in yellow samegawa and wrapped tightly using white silk tsuka ito for a more secure and comfortable grip. 

The blade comes sheathed in a white glossy lacquered scabbard. Included is a free sword bag for added protection and convenient storage.
