Ronin Katana Dojo Pro Model #27

Ronin Katana's Dojo Pro Katana Model #27 is another all black katana, but with gold details and a unique looking sageo. Forged from 1060 steel and through hardened, this functional and beautiful sword feature high quality fittings with its tsuba (guard) based on an actual antique Japanese katana. The fuchi (hilt collar) and kashira (pommel cap) are made of blackened iron while the gold colored menuki (decorative ornament) is brass.

The tsuka (handle) is covered in black same (rayskin) and the tight tsukamaki uses black silk ito (handle wrap). The katana is sheathed in a black glossy lacquered saya (scabbard) with hand cut and polished buffalo horn kurigata (knob for sageo), koiguchi (mouth of saya), and kojiri (scabbard end cap). The white and black sageo (carrying cord)is synthetic silk.
