Shirasaya Wakizashi T10 Steel Sword Functional

Made from sanmai steel, this hand sharpened wakizashi is fully functional and ready to be used. The differentially hardened full tang blade has a beautiful hamon that is enhanced after it is polished by hand. The shinogi zukuri blade means that the curved blade has a yokote and ridge that is quite close to the mine (back edge). This katana also has a geometric yokote that ensures that the impact on the kissaki (blade tip) is dissipated during use.

The shirasaya design means that the blade is simple and elegant, a factor that also contributes to its affordability. Completing its minimalist design are the hineri maki with hishigami, along with the plain and glossy black tsuka (handle) and saya (scabbard).
