Inosuke Hashibira’s Katana Demon Slayer Sword T10 Steel

Passionate and explosive, Hashibara Inosuke is a memorable character in the Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) series not only for his personality, but also the boar’s head mask he wears. 

Like his appearance, Inosuke’s swords are also unique as he is a dual wielder of two serrated nichirin katanas. Chipped with gashes along the blade’s edge—intentionally damaged by himself, the jagged edges are made to resemble oversized claws and fangs, allowing him to rip and tear flesh instead of a clean slice. 

Following the series’ design, HanBon Forge’s replicas of Inosuke’s weapons are two katanas with serrated blades made from T10 steel—an alloy with properties equivalent to 1095 high carbon steel, but with a higher silicon content—yielding a stronger blade with improved edge retention. 

The wooden core handles are wrapped tightly using white leather cords. Like Inosuke’s, both these katanas do not possess traditional scabbards, but they come with an artificial leather sheath and a free sword bag for storage and convenience.
