Jian Dragon Fittings Damascus Steel Sword & Hamon

Jian double-edged swords are among the earliest Chinese sword types. This is a replica of those ancient weapons, featuring a dragon theme associated with Chinese mythology and traditions. The sword is crafted from Damascus Steel that has been folded. This results in distinctive lines and vibrant layers dancing on its blade.

The blade has been hand-polished and clay-tempered to harden its edges further, producing a genuine hamon temper line. Its handle and scabbard are made from quality dark ebony wood, with a traditional Chinese tassel hanging from its pommel. The fittings are all made of pure brass, available in either gold or silver color.
