    This Karakusa Tanto is a culmination of quality and affordability. Hand forged from folded steel, differentially tempered, clay tempered, and hand polished to accentuate the hamon, the full tang blade has a 58 HRC edge, making it stay sharp longer.

    Equipped with brass fittings that has a karakusa (winding plant) design, it is like carrying a symbol of luck and prosperity. The look of this tanto is completed with the genuine rayskin inlay, quality cotton ito (handle wrap), and glossy black lacquered saya (scabbard).
