Tsunami Choji Hamon Katana Sword T10 Steel

This unique-looking Katana sword is a premium decorative and exceptionally detailed art piece, doubling as a real and functional cutting blade. It is constructed from robust 1095 high carbon steel, known for its durability.

The steel is thoroughly water quenched and traditionally clay tempered to achieve a genuine hamon and an ideal hardness level. The blade has received additional hazuya stone polishing, enhancing its sharpness and reflective shine.

The tang, double-pegged, is traditionally wrapped in real rayskin under a tight silk hineri-maki (cord wrap style). The scabbard is constructed of sturdy hardwood with a glossy finish. The fittings are entirely brass, adhering to a Japanese sea-wave motif symbolizing prosperity and good luck.

This katana can be fully assembled/disassembled and comes with a complimentary sword bag included for safekeeping.
