Katana Damascus Steel Sword Leather Saya 8192 Layers

This is a Japanese Katana sword, based on the weapons once used by legendary samurai in battles. It's made out of the mysterious and enticing Damascus Steel, with a blade that has been folded 13 times. As a result, approximately 8192 visible layers are dancing and vibrant across the entire blade's length. The sword's been further polished in a 12-step hand process for achiving a mirror-like shine, while undergoing proper heat treatment and oil quenching to achieve ideal hardness levels.

It has a rayskin leather tsuka-maki-wrapped wooden core around the double-pegged, full-tang blade, which enhances its stability and allows for a very firm grip. The scabbard made of reliable hardwood wrapped with leather features a belt for easier carriage, which provides superior protection. This Katana's fittings are made of a mix of alloy, brass, and copper, further enriched with and engraved with Japanese flora.
