Windlass Medieval Huntsman Axe

The medieval times were not the easiest across many centuries and regions. Often, the only protectors and savers of lives were daily tools used for agriculture. One of the main ones was the trusty axe. This is a Medieval Huntsman Axe, a replica of one such weapon that could be used for anything from taking down forests to dealing with unwanted pillagers on your farm.

The axe head is made out of high carbon steel and designed to be very tough to take on various types of cutting tasks. It has a wide, single-edge blade with an extended lower half, which was iconic in the Middle Ages, usable for everything from chopping to pulling back on the target or perhaps the enemy's shield.

The handle is made out of American hickory wood, known for its durability and smooth feel to the touch. The shaft extends at the bottom for balance and a possible two-handed grip.
