Ronin Katana Euro #12 Medieval Viking Sword

From the 9th to the 11th centuries, Vikings raided various parts of Europe. They were successful in part of the swords they wielded. Since iron and steel were an expensive material during those times, swords were the most expensive weapons they had.

Ronin Katana’s Medieval Viking Sword Model #12 is a replica of one such model. It is forged from modern 1075 spring steel and has a peened tang. Its fittings are made out of metal, both on the sword like its guard and pommel, as well as its scabbard. The pommel is the iconic lobed design, which was a trait very common amongst Vikings.

This sword comes sheathed in a wooden core scabbard that is wrapped in leather, allowing for safe storage and easy carriage.
