Ninjato 1060 Carbon Steel Sword Samurai Black Full Tang

This sword is a Ninjato, named after the alleged edged weapons used by the shinobi (those who act in stealth), better known as ninjas today. It's made from 1060 high carbon steel, properly heat treated, quenched, and polished for a shiny appeal and optimal hardness.

The full tang blade, kiriha-zukuri (straight blade shape), is double-pegged for security. It features a bohi (groove) to make it lighter and tachikaze (sound of a perfect swing) friendly. Traditional samurai rayskin under a tight silk tsuka-maki adorns the handle, providing a firm grip. Moreover, the wooden handle has a shiny gloss. The fittings, made of iron and brass with a dark theme, enhance the overall secretive element.
