    The Practical Ninjato or Shinobi-gatana by JKOO is hand forged from T10 high carbon steel thad differentially clay tempered to give it an attractive hamon. To bring out this beautiful pattern, the full tang blade is mirror polished to enhance its appearance.

    Ready for real use, the antiqued black iron fittings on the sword complements the authentic white or black same (rayskin), synthetic black silk Ito, and a black matte or glossy saya (scabbard) with thick sageo (hanging cord). Tsukamaki (handle wrapping) options are also available in katate maki (battle wrap) or hineri maki (basic wrap).
