  1. Products

Swordis is a start-up company working with reputable sword brands from around the world. We do not offer our own products at this time, but we plan to do so in the future. The products available on the Website are physical goods. Items available on this website can be dangerous. Please seek proper training and use precaution before exercising these items for any reason. Swordis will not be held responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the items sold on this site. By purchasing, you assume all risks involved.

  1. Custom Swords and Return Policy

Please be aware that all custom sword orders are final and non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to review all specifications carefully, as no changes can be made once production has begun. Custom katanas are handcrafted to order, and while approximately 80% of orders are completed within the estimated window, delays and production failures can and do occur. A blade may snap or warp during heat treatment, a handle may crack during assembly, or a scabbard finish may take longer than expected due to weather conditions at the forge — any of which may require components to be remade from scratch. Additionally, supply chain gaps, shared forge resources, and demand spikes can further push back timelines in ways that are impossible to predict in advance. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge these inherent risks and accept that lead times are estimates, not guarantees. In the event that your sword arrives and does not match your order specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For all other products, a restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

13. Cancelation Policy

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swordis regarding your access to and use of the Website and your purchase of products. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
