Windlass Fairbairn Sykes Commando Knife

Fairbairn-Sykes Commando Knives were tactical military blades carried by U.S. and British Commonwealth forces during World War II. This functional replica is crafted in the same classic style, using similar design elements and materials as the originals.

The blade is forged from high-carbon steel and features a blued finish for a stealthy appearance and added resistance to rust and corrosion. Heat tempering enhances its durability, while the reinforced mid-rib provides extra strength for powerful thrusting.

Its one-handed metal hilt includes a fitted ferrule for a secure grip, with a slight center swell for comfort and control. A small handguard serves primarily as a hand-stopper.

The knife includes a top-grain black leather sheath with a blued steel tip, belt loop slots, four sew tabs for attachment to a uniform or gear, and a black elastic retention strap.
