1095 Clay Tempered Samurai Daisho Set

Our Daisho set pays homage to the iconic arsenal of the samurai. It not only replicates historical features but also improves its visual appeal with 13-time folded Damascus Steel. This results in a blade with more than 8,192 striking and visible layers. Traditional polishing techniques using hazuya stone, along with authentic clay tempering, bring out the true hamon line and the intricate Damascus patterns.
The handle is secured with two pegs for extra stability and is wrapped in rayskin and silk for added comfort. The scabbard is crafted from dark hardwood and is partially wrapped in rayskin. These swords are designed without a bohi (groove) for superior cutting performance when sharpened.
