Katana 1095 Carbon Steel Sword Brass Dragon Leather Ito Clay Tempered

This is a Japanese samurai Katana sword, engraved and enriched with a Japanese dragon, a symbol representing tradition, power, and bravery. Constructed out of 1095 high carbon steel in a maru (single steel) fashion, its overall durability during practical tests is enhanced. The metal, hazuya stone-polished, has a mirror-like shine and traditional clay temper to produce a genuine hamon and a harder edge.

The full tang, double-pegged for increased stability, features no bohi (grooves) to maximize impact on targets. A two-handed wooden handle, tightly wrapped with rayskin underneath a hineri-maki (cord wrap style), ensures a firm grip. The scabbard is made from glossy hardwood. All fittings, constructed from brass and copper, exhibit a golden hue and can be assembled or disassembled for maintenance. This Katana serves multiple purposes, from tameshigiri (functional cutting practice) and safe Iaido training to a cosplay piece or a statement piece of samurai decor.
