Dragon Katana Damascus Blade

This Japanese Katana sword, symbolizing sacrifice and joy through its red and black design, features the Japanese dragon as its main symbol that signifies bravery and courage. It is crafted from Damascus Steel, folded 13 times, producing over 8196 visibly enticing blade layers that dance across its length. The blade has undergone traditional hazuya stone polishing for enhanced shine and has been oil-quenched to achieve ideal hardness.

The sword's handle features a wooden core, wrapped with rayskin under a bright red hineri-maki cord, while its wooden scabbard boasts a bright, shiny gloss. For security, the blade has been double-pegged and features bohi (grooves) for increased stability, reducing its weight and producing a tachikaze, the sound of a perfect slash. The fittings are comprised of alloy metal, each engraved with powerful dragon symbols. This Katana can be used practically for light cutting, for Iaido, or as a rich decoration to transform any room into a storytelling piece of the legendary samurai.
