    The ZhanMa Dao was created as a military anti cavalry weapon against the Northerners during the Song Dynasty. Used as a two handed saber to cut through a horse's legs, it has a long slightly curved blade with a single cutting edge.

    Based on the classical design, this Plain ZhanMa Dao created for cutting is forged from 9260 steel, making it strong enough for tameshigiri. Featuring brass fittings and mirror polished, this sword can also be customized depending on one's personal preferences.
