Kingston Arms Main Gauche – Black Titanium

The Main Gauche, or simply translated to "left-hand dagger," was an iconic self-defense dueling weapon used during the 17th century Renaissance in Europe. This tool was almost always dual-wielded with the legendary European rapier and is a very common sight in most Schools of Fencing at the time. It could often match the style of fighting with the rapier and further increased its effectiveness.

This main-gauche is a functional and battle-ready replica of models that originated in Toledo, Spain, and Solingen, Germany, the most renowned bladesmithing styles in Europe.

It is made of 1560 carbon steel and is sharpened. The handle has a black titanium coating with a stainless steel guard, and the pommel is matte finished. This makes them require very little maintenance.

The handle has a brown cord wrap which makes it very comfortable to hold and provides enough space to wear fencing gloves if desired.

It comes with its own scabbard that allows easy carriage while protecting the blade from rust when not in use for long periods.
