Windlass Sgian Dubh

Sgian Dubhs were daggers traditionally carried by Scottish Highlanders, either concealed on the belt or worn under the armpit inside a shirt. This replica Sgian Dubh is suitable for display and can also be used as a functional knife.

It is crafted from 1055 high carbon steel and features accurate blade notches along with a short fuller near the guard. The wooden handle is carved on one side and smooth on the other, while the nickel silver fittings are decorated with a thistle motif.

This Sgian Dubh includes a leather sheath to help protect the blade from outside elements such as rust.
