Yubashiri is one of the 50 Skillful Grade swords and among the most iconic blades from One Piece, famously wielded by the legendary Roronoa Zoro. This is a real, fully functional replica forged from premium 1095 high carbon steel — crafted in the traditional manner of authentic samurai swords, complete with a genuine clay temper and folded construction.

The blade is clay-tempered by hand, a process in which clay is applied to the edge before heating and water quenching. This hardens the edge while leaving the spine flexible, producing a genuine, wavy hamon that dances beautifully along the blade. It also features a traditional hazuya polishing, where skilled artisans use fine-grade polishing stones to bring out the steel’s natural grain and reflective shine.

The handle follows the traditional hinerimaki wrapping style, featuring a white synthetic silk ito over genuine white rayskin (samegawa), offering both authenticity and comfort. It includes double mekugi pegs and durable brass fittings, allowing for secure construction and easy disassembly for maintenance.
