They are designed to meet the safety standards of re-enactment societies while withstanding rugged use. The blades, made from 1566 high-carbon steel, are hardened to 50HRC for optimal resilience and protection. Balanced and easy to handle, the blades have rounded tips and 1/16" wide edges for safety. 

The substantial tangs have radiused corners and no welds, ensuring durability. The leather-covered hardwood grips provide a comfortable hold. Scabbards made of glass-filled resin prevent swelling and corrosion, with adjustable belt rings for versatile carry.
