Shadow Dancer Puramu High-Class Tameshigiri Katana (Super Sharp)

This Puramu High Class Tameshigiri Katana comes from Shadow Dancer and has a shinogi zukuri (curved with yokote and shinogi close to the mune) blade that has been oil quenched. This blade also features a bohi to reduce its overall weight and improve its point of balance. The extremely sharp blade is designed for tameshigiri and secured to the handle with a mekugi.

It is equipped with an iron maru gata (round) tsuba; cupronickel fuchi and kashira; blackened brass menuki; silver brass seppa; and cupronickel habaki. The Haichi style tsuka is covered in white samegawa and wrapped with black kapok ito from Japan to give it a tight and secure grip.

Sheathed in a black glossy saya, the cupronickel shitodome helps to prevent the thick sageo from fraying.
