APOC Wallace Smatchet Ideal for Heavy Duty Tasks

This modern Smatchet is inspired by a historic military pattern that dates back to earlier eras and later appeared in a shortened form during World War II. Reimagined here as a rugged outdoor utility tool, it is built for bushcraft, camping, collection, display, and general cutting tasks.

Crafted from D2 tool steel, it offers the toughness and durability for which this steel is well known, particularly in blades of this size. The leaf-shaped profile is designed for strong cutting and chopping performance, with sharpened edges and a pointed tip. A titanium coating adds protection against outdoor exposure and gives the finish a modern look.

The G10 handle scales provide a secure, dependable grip with finger grooves and a rounded butt for comfort and control. Triple rivets reinforce the construction, and a lanyard hole offers an additional carry or retention option.

For carry and storage, it includes a fitted Kydex scabbard. The setup is MOLLE-compatible, making it easy to mount on a belt or backpack in either a horizontal or vertical position. A snap-release belt is also included.
