Shadow Dancer Modern Tactical Tanto Dagger – 5160 Spring Steel Blade

Built for precision and toughness, Shadow Dancer’s Tactical Tanto is tailored for outdoor and tactical settings. 

Its shinogi zukuri (ridge line runs along the blade’s length on both sides) blade is forged from 5160 spring steel, prized for its flexibility, resilience, and shock absorption. The addition of a bohi helps decrease overall weight while moving its point of balance towards the hilt, improving the tanto’s agility and maneuverability. Heat treated and oil quenched, the blade’s 58 HRC hardness, combined with a tactical polish that further optimizes its durability and function, makes it sturdy enough to meet all outdoor demands. 

A brass tsuba and habaki are chosen for its resistance to rust and corrosion, standing up to the moisture and harsh outdoor conditions.

For added security, two mekugi secure the non-detachable full tang blade to the handle made from high-strength engineering plastic, perfect for rough outdoor use due to its extreme durability and minimal maintenance. The diamond grid texture on the handle provides a secure, no-slip grip in any weather. 

This tanto comes sheathed in a black lacquered scabbard fitted with a paracord sageo that can be tightened or worn as needed.
