Shadow Dancer High Performance Folded Steel Katana

This High Performance Katana from Shadow Dancers has a shinogi zukuri (curved blade with yokote and shinogi close to the mune) blade forged from folded steel. The blade is oil quenched and mirror polished to feature an artificial hamon, genuine yokote, and a bohi that helps to lighten the overall eight of the sword while improving its point of balance. Carefully and authentically folded to produce many visible blade patterns similar to Damascus Steel. The blade is secured to the hilt with one mekugi.

Equipped with an iron maru gata (round) tsuba along with brass fuchi and kashira with ornate details, this katana is a beautiful piece. It also comes with brass menuki, seppa, and habaki. The Haichi style tsuka is covered in white genuine samegawa and wrapped in artificial silk ito. It comes sheathed in an oil lacquered saya mounted with brass shitodome and a thick sageo.
