Huan Shou Han Jian God Beast Folded Steel

This is the Huan Shou Jian, a gentleman's sword that is elegant and features a traditional, ancient Chinese ringed pommel. The design was a favorite among the nobility, scholars, and martial artists and is considered very delicate in its aesthetics, compared to other Jian or Dao Chinese blades. It is forged from Damascus Steel, folded a total of 13 times to create around 8192 visible blade layers.

The sword boasts a unique 8-sided blade that tapers only towards the tip. The handle core, made of hardwood, is wrapped for extra stability. The scabbard is made from quality dark ebony wood. Its fittings are brass and depict various Chinese beasts like the snake, bird, and dragon, symbolizing good luck and power. The sword, which comes with a complimentary storage bag, can be sharpened or unsharpened. It is ideal for cutting practice, safe martial arts training, or as a piece of decor.
