Saurami Katana 1060 Carbon Steel Sword Oil Quenched Blade

This affordable yet functional Japanese katana is made of hand-polished 1060 high-carbon steel, resulting in a mirror-like shine. The blade is double-pegged for added stability, with a _bohi_ (groove) on each side to lessen weight. With proper use, the weilder can produce a _tachikaze_ (slashing sound).
The brass and copper fittings of this katana feature a fisherman next to a tree with a dragonfly, resembling legacy, perseverance, and accomplishment. The weapon is generally blue, and the handle has a traditional silk tsuka-maki wrap over rough ray skin, while its wooden scabbard has a strong gloss.
