With the option of being forged from tamahagane, folded, or T10 steel, the Shunga Tachi's blade is then differentially hardened, clay tempered, Jizuya, and Hazuya polished using a thin Uchigumori stone fixed with paper to bring out the attractive grain and hamon. Featuring red copper fittings, tsuka (handle), and saya (scabbard), this beautiful tachi is an excellent piece for collectors or as a wonderful gift.
