This is a 9260 high-carbon steel Japanese samurai Katana sword. It is renowned for its durability and its ability to bend when used for cutting practice. The blade is full tang and is securely double pegged for safety. The steel has been correctly heat-treated and quenched to achieve ideal hardness levels.

This Katana does not feature any type of bohi (groove), which consequently enhances its impact when used for slashing. The handle provides a robust grip due to the conventional rayskin and tsuka-maki cover. Meanwhile, the scabbard is crafted from protective wood. The fittings are forged from alloy and brass, following a motif of a Japanese demon designed to ward off negative energy.
