    Z-Sey's ZXN-275J High Performance Katana is a sleek and striking piece. Its shinogi zukuri blade, forged from ZXN-275J steel—a custom steel developed by Z-Sey—offers durability and excellent edge retention. The blade undergoes vacuum heat treatment, and an etched hamon is added for aesthetic purposes. The blade's color is darker than most due to the nature of the steel.

    This katana features a blackened iron tsuba with intricate engravings, brass fuchi and kashira with Sanskrit bonji, brass menuki, and red copper seppa and habaki. One mekugi secures the blade to the handmade Haichi style tsuka, covered with white samegawa and wrapped tightly with Japanese imported black kapok tsuka ito.

    The katana is completed by a black oil lacquered saya with horn koiguchi, kojiri, and kurigata, along with an artificial silk sageo.
